Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with post-qualification experience.
• 3–7 years of post-qualification experience in analytics, accounting and finance.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Tally.
• Experience with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT for reporting and research.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in an IC role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS and financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to support decisions.

About the Role

Company is looking for a dynamic and analytical Qualified Chartered Accountant to join as an Financial Analyst (act as Executive Assistant to Management). This is an individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, providing business overview & analysis, and data based support to drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, finance, MIS, and business analytics, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare MIS reports, financial reports , business performance dashboards, and business presentations for the management.
• Prepare budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze variance on revenues / costs and profitability – vs budget , to provide actionable insights.
• Support the Management team by preparing reports, meeting notes, and tracking key action items.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to consolidate business information and monitor strategic initiatives.
• Support statutory audits, compliance activities, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel and digital tools to improve reporting, data analysis, and operational efficiency.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
