Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, ratio analysis, and equity research to support investment banking deals.
• Prepare financial models using MS Excel for M&A transactions and capital raisings.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with senior team members on deal execution and client communication.
• Develop strong understanding of industries such as Consumer Durables & Retail.
