Job summary

MISUMI Americas seeks a Finance professional to lead FP&A in India, bridging regional analysis with global standards. You will develop monthly and quarterly financial frameworks, own FP&A reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting while partnering with HQ finance.

You will build financial models, analyze key drivers, and communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders, contributing to strategic planning and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Master, MBA, or CPA a plus.
• 5–8 years in financial planning, analysis, modeling.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite; experience in NetSuite and data analytics tools (Hyperion/ NSPB, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing monthly and quarterly financial analysis frameworks.
• Own FP&A reports and process in India.
• Support HQ FP&A for month-end, quarter-end reporting and forecasting.
• Support annual budgeting process.
• Review and analyze financial metrics, statements and reports; analyze drivers and interactions with results.
• Collaborate with functional teams on financial guidance and assistance.
• Develop financial projections and models.
• Perform ad-hoc research and analysis as required.
