Job summary

StayVista is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Goa-based team. You will prepare monthly MIS and financial reports, analyze profitability and performance, manage receivables and cash flow, and ensure timely month-end closings with strong financial controls.

You will support budgeting, forecasting, and modeling, identify cost optimization opportunities, and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions. Prior experience in finance and GST/TDS is valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Controlling.
• CA Inter, CMA Inter, B.Com / M.Com or equivalent.
• Working understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to prepare and analyze cost sheets, financial reports, and MIS.
• Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and month-end closing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, auditors, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

Your Role

As an Financial Analyst at StayVista , you will be responsible for preparing monthly MIS and financial reports, analyzing profitability and business performance, managing receivables and cash flow, reconciling financial accounts, ensuring accurate financial records and timely month-end closures, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions and strengthen financial controls.

About You
