Job summary

Ascensus in Hyderabad seeks a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support 401(K) plan administration processes. You will process loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, and related imports while meeting productivity and quality targets.

You will also review processes and work in a high-volume, team-based environment. The role requires a finance/accounting background, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background.
• Proven track record of working effectively in a flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete a variety of tasks as per processes assigned within specified parameters of the client/admin/support team.
• Perform processes like loans, distributions, census, trust accounting, packaging, 5500, valuation imports as required by admin/client support team.
• Process-focused role handling only specified processes.
• Deliver on productivity, volume, and quality metrics.
• Review processes in addition to processing tasks.
• Handle high-volume processing accurately within set time frames.
• Identify issues in processes and escalate to the team lead.

• Identify the issues/problems related to processes if any and cascade to the respective team lead.
• Financial analyst requires should possess brief understanding of financial services industry, specifically focusing on 401(K) plan administration, should be avid learner willing to adapt and work in a team environment.
