Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows.
  • File and submit financial surveys accurately and on time.
  • Provide solutions to enhance current systems and processes.
  • Coordinate with global teams for data collection.
  • Support preparation of monthly JV entries for various countries.
  • Reconcile accounts and identify variances.
  • Manage global SharePoint access.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Perform inter-system reconciliations and track funds.
  • Liaise with clients to resolve queries.
  • Prepare internal and client reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Finance on strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze data for market trends and collection opportunities.
  • Lead projects for growth and evaluate risks.

Responsibilities :

  1. Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows).
  2. Filing and submitting financial surveys globally accurately and on time.
  3. Providing solutions to improve current systems and processes.
  4. Coordinating with global teams for data collection and entry in surveys.
  5. Supporting the preparation of monthly JV entries for multiple countries.
  6. Reconciling accounts, identifying variances, and supporting related processes.
  7. Managing global SharePoint access as an admin.
  8. Working independently with minimal supervision.
  9. Performing inter-system reconciliations and tracking funds.
  10. Liaising with agents, counterparties, and clients to resolve queries and discrepancies.
  11. Escalating outstanding issues to clients in a timely manner.
  12. Managing various stages of financial product life cycles, including KYC, legal documentation, loans, portfolio reconciliation, and settlements.
  13. Escalating issues promptly to clients.
  14. Preparing internal and client reports as required.
  15. Collaborating with Risk and Finance teams on strategic initiatives and analytics to inform business decisions.
  16. Analyzing data to identify market trends, credit risks, and collection opportunities, primarily using SQL.
  17. Leading projects to support long-term growth and evaluating risk projects for cost/benefit analysis.
