Job summary

This is a ground-floor seat at a company investing seriously in India, where your analysis will reach leadership directly. Role Overview

As a Financial Analyst, you will turn raw numbers into clear, decision-ready insight, building the models and reporting that help a global business understand where it is heading.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis & Reporting

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Prepare monthly reporting, variance analysis, and management dashboards
• Track key metrics and surface insights for leadership reviews

Partnering

• Work with cross-functional teams to plan and monitor spend
• Support reconciliations, month-end close, and reporting accuracy

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related finance role
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort with data
• An analytical, structured thinker with sharp attention to detail
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• CA Inter, CFA Level 1, or an MBA in Finance
• Experience in a GCC or large multinational environment
