Navsan is seeking a highly experienced Financial Analyst in Hyderabad to lead AR/AP/GL processes with ownership and minimal supervision. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, robust communication, and stakeholder management to ensure accurate financial operations.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in finance, hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), and advanced Excel skills to drive end-to-end accounting activities and timely reporting.

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Financial Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and/or General Ledger (GL) accounting. The ideal candidate must possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven stakeholder management experience. The candidate should be capable of independently managing accounting activities, building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolving escalations, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial operations.

We are specifically looking for an accounting professional who is self-motivated, takes ownership of responsibilities, demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, and can work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced business environment.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.

1. Finance and Accounting Expertise

• Expertise in Intercompany account reconciliations, financial reporting, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
