Job summary

Aon is seeking an IND Financial Analyst for a hybrid role in Gurgaon/Noida. The position supports Record to Report (R2R) activities, including journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, and audits, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience and finance education. You will collaborate with local country teams, ensure policy alignment, and contribute to robust financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics or related field.
• High attention to details and ability to analyse data and check its accuracy.
• Good understanding of accounting processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, MS Excel).
• Very good organizational skills.
• B2/C1 English both written and verbal (participation in calls with Local country).
• Ability to recognize change impact across processes/teams and identify possible risks.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Experience with ERP solution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries in accordance with accounting standards and internal controls;
• Perform bank account reconciliations and monitor transactions for discrepancies;
• Take full ownership of assigned financial processes, ensuring timely and compliant execution.
• Complete month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting;
• Prepare month-end close reports to support financial transparency;
• Prepare reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts;
• Collaborate regularly with local country teams to ensure alignment on financial operations and compliance.
• Ensure all transactions align with corporate policies and statutory regulations..
• Support internal and external audit processes through effective collaboration and documentation.

General Description Of Role
