Financial Analyst

What the role entails
  • Process and manage payroll related activities independently for any given country.
  • Implement new systems (project experience an added advantage).
  • Interpret and comply with the country’s statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings.
Key responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and report financial data to influence business decisions.
  • Drive forecasting (weekly, monthly, long‑term) and align with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and internal financial goals.
  • Represent financial results accurately for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong business controls and internal audit readiness.
Required education and experience
  • Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate score.
  • 10+ years of payroll experience.
  • Strong payroll related knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Knowledge, skills and attributes
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Good analytical, business application, teamwork, and communication skills.
