Responsibilities

• Partner with Onshore FP&A Team: Develop financial models for key stakeholders; analyze and report monthly, quarterly, and annual technology spend by product area; work with accounting and project management teams to ensure proper capitalization.
• Assist in monthly financial close: prepare Product Level P&Ls and KPIs for Domestic and International entities; prepare journal entries; assist in the preparation of monthly financial review decks; analyze variances and trends in sales, revenue, expenses, and business conditions; identify data points and trends that relate to operational, financial, and performance goals; evaluate revenue and transaction performance to provide actionable insights and identify growth opportunities; monitor and control operating expenses to stay aligned with budget; provide quantitative analysis and qualitative business judgment.
• Build and prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting using Power Pivot, Power BI, and PowerPoint; create and maintain dashboards and KPI trends.

Qualifications

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA; 5–7 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills; flexible and adaptable; demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workloads in both team and independent settings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Essbase/Smartview, SAP, Oracle General Ledger, Access; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Well-rounded FP&A professional with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a drive for system and process improvements.
