• Lead the transition of finance processes into the shared service center through a phased rollout.
• Manage day-to-day shared services operations, ensuring SLA and KPI achievement.
• Establish and maintain SOPs, RACI, internal controls, and compliance standards.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and external service providers to manage workforce transition, governance, and service delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
