Job description

Responsibilities

Build standardized reports in the new Oracle environment for FP&A, Tax, Actuals, Profit Review, and other working areas.

Learn and leverage the Oracle Narrative Reporting toolset for reports run from EPB, FCC, and EDM modules.

Create, maintain, and interpret detailed report design documents to guide report building activities.

Employ a customer‑service mindset and excellent communication skills to interact with Global Enterprise Finance teams, Business Units, World Areas, and peer report‑building teams worldwide to coordinate deliverables.

Drive process optimization initiatives to create efficiency.

Contribute team‑playing, creative thinking, and solutions that help achieve organizational objectives.

Support ad‑hoc requests and drive continuous process improvement culture within the group.

Qualifications

• Finance professional with minimum 5 years of FP&A domain experience.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP, MS Office, and reporting tools.
• Analytical thinking ability and good team player.
• Internal and external stakeholder management.
• Cross‑functional interaction with Operations & Sales teams.
• Self‑starter, suggesting and implementing process improvements.
• Balance stakeholder, situational adaptability, manage complexities & ambiguity.
• MBA in Finance.
• Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and US GAAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with any ERP/EPM report building tools (on‑prem or Cloud), SmartView (with VB Excel), on‑prem HFM, Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Financial Reporting.
• Experience with other analytic/multi‑dimension tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines. Agile development experience is a plus.
