Job summary

Flix is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation leader to define global accounting standards, harmonize processes across regions, and drive the shift toward AI-enabled finance operations. You will own end-to-end R2R, P2P, and O2C, collaborating with SSCs, IT, and product teams to optimize ERP and automation initiatives.

The role requires a Big 4 background at Senior Manager level and hands-on ERP/automation expertise, with international exposure.

Qualifications

• Big 4 background at Senior Manager level in Finance Transformation or FAAS.
• Proven track record delivering multi-country finance transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end accounting processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and automation tools.
• Experience collaborating with product/engineering in agile environments.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management across global teams.
• Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance or related; professional quals (CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern global accounting standards, policies and controls across Flix entities.
• Drive harmonization and standardization across regions and SSCs.
• Lead the global process optimization roadmap incl. RPA, AI, ERP enhancements.
• Set and monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement using data.
• Embed compliance across policies, controls, audits and regulations.
• Partner with SSC operations, IT, regional finance and external providers.
• Apply process mining and benchmarking to surface inefficiencies and root causes.
• Lead change management for new processes and technologies.

About The Role

• Define and govern global accounting standards, policies, procedures, and controls across all Flix entities and shared service centres
• Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and GBS/SSC environments
• Lead the global process optimization roadmap — from RPA and workflow automation to agentic AI and ERP enhancements — prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable value
• Set and monitor process KPIs, service levels, and performance targets; lead continuous improvement cycles based on data
• Embed compliance across accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
• Partner with SSC operations, IT, country and regional finance teams, Product Owners, and external providers to optimize end-to-end process performance
• Apply process mining, analytics, and benchmarking to surface inefficiencies, identify root causes, and adopt leading practices
• Lead change management — communications, training, and adoption — for new processes and technologies

About You

• Big 4 background at Senior Manager level or above in Finance Transformation, Accounting Advisory (FAAS), or GBS/Shared Services — this is the core requirement
• Proven track record delivering multi-country finance transformation or process excellence programs; international experience in Europe or North America is a strong plus
• Deep expertise in end-to-end accounting processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) with the ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions
• Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and finance technology tools; familiarity with process automation (RPA, APIs, workflow tools) and process mining is highly valued
• Experience working in or alongside product and engineering teams in agile environments (sprint reviews, roadmap planning)
• Strong stakeholder management across global, cross-functional, and cross-cultural teams
• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) are a plus
