Job summary

Annalect, Omnicom Media Group India Private Limited. is seeking a Timesheet Coordinator & Media Reconciliation professional in Hyderabad to manage time tracking and ensure timely clearance of media invoices.

You will coordinate timesheets, monitor aging invoices, and collaborate with internal teams to meet billing deadlines and improve processes. This role follows a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in finance or accounting.
• 3–5 years of experience in media reconciliation and timesheet coordination.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with billing cycles and vendor communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timesheets and ensure timely time-tracking.
• Perform media reconciliation and ensure invoices clear within contractual windows.
• Run reports, chase aging items, and follow up with clients and vendors.
• Provide status updates to accounting and management.
• Suggest process improvements and measure progress over 6 months.

Notice Period: 30 Days

Shift Hours: 2:00pm to 11:00pm IST / 3:00pm - 12:00am IST (during day light savings)

Hybrid Model : 3 days work from office per week

• Potentially, follow-up with digital vendors to obtain missing invoices


• Potentially, help facilitate clearing/troubleshooting between local and Shared Services teams.


• Provide status updates to accounting


• Provide a report on improvement metrics with this added resource in 6 months.

Qualifications
