Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Taxation & Compliance
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with finance regulations and documentation requirements
• Audit & Reporting
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal audits
  • Support external audits and ensure timely closure of audit queries
  • Prepare financial reports, MIS, and data analysis for management
  • Manage relationships with banks, investors and other financial institutions to ensure that the company has access to the necessary capital to fund its operations.
• Data Reconciliation
  • Perform regular reconciliation of accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer balances
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to present key finance metrics and performance indicators.
  • Analyse finance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in the system
• ERP and Financial Systems
  • Work extensively on SAP B1 for accounting and reporting tasks
  • Ensure timely data entry, validations, and system-driven controls

Preferred candidate profile

• Mandatory experience in a CA firm (preferably with exposure to manufacturing clients)
• Working knowledge in SAP (at least 4yrs)
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Internal Audit and Data Reconciliation
• Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and can work independently or also in team
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
