Job Description

• Manage GCC financial operations including accounts payable, expense management, payroll coordination, and vendor payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the GCC, including budget vs. actuals analysis.
• Coordinate with ISQ's global finance teams (Asia Finance, Manco Finance) to ensure GCC financial data is accurately reflected in group reporting.
• Oversee statutory compliance for the India entity including GST filings, TDS, and coordination with local tax advisors.
• Manage relationships with local banks, service providers, and government agencies.
• Support annual audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.
• Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with Indian GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support GCC leadership decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

• 6-9 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or finance operations.
• Experience with Indian statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and FEMA regulations preferred.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP proficiency required.
• CA (ICAI) qualification or MBA Finance strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in a shared services, multinational, or financial services environment.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to coordinate with global finance teams.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce required.
