makeO Healthcare Technologies Private Limited seeks a Finance Manager for Financial Reporting & Consolidation to manage month-end close, consolidation and related financial processes for MakeO/Toothsi and group entities.

The role partners with the finance leadership, auditors and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, robust controls and timely audits across the group’s healthcare technology platform.

Qualifications

• CA/CA Inter or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS and financial statement preparation.
• Hands-on experience in group consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Experience in startup, D2C, healthcare, consumer or technology business preferred.
• Excellent Excel and ERP skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and applicable standards.
• Manage consolidation of financial statements for group companies and subsidiaries.
• Prepare consolidation workings, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments.
• Review intercompany balances, loans, receivables, payables, income and expenses.
• Coordinate with finance teams of group entities for timely reporting and reconciliation.
• Prepare management reporting and financial schedules for senior management.
• Manage statutory, internal and other financial audits.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
• Review provisions, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets and other balance sheet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and strengthen financial controls.
• Support accounting and reporting for acquisitions, investments, restructuring and other group transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve the month-end closing and reporting process.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager Financial Reporting & Consolidation to manage financial reporting, month-end closing and consolidation activities for MakeO / Toothsi and its group companies. The role will work closely with the Finance leadership team, auditors and finance teams across group entities.

Candidate Profile

• CA / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
• 47 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, controllership, consolidation or audit.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS and financial statement preparation.
• Hands-on experience in group consolidation and intercompany accounting.
• Strong Excel and ERP skills.
• Experience in a startup, D2C, healthcare, consumer or technology business will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
