Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a finance professional in Mumbai to manage monthly and quarterly forecasting, including revenue and cost accruals for a business unit with a ~$140 Mn P&L. You will partner with the General Manager to provide strategic financial insights and ensure accurate, timely reporting.

You will also highlight risks to senior management and develop adhoc analyses to support global decision-making, while assisting with the annual planning process and cross‑functional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly/quarterly forecast including closure of revenue and cost accruals for the assigned business unit.
• Partner with the General Manager to provide decision support and financial insights.
• Monitor forecasts to ensure targets are met; escalate risks to Senior Management.
• Prepare adhoc reports and workings for Local/Regional and Global Heads.
• Support the yearly planning process in collaboration with the Business/Global team.
• Ensure timely reporting of monthly results and variance analysis to the Global team.

• Acting as Finance partner to General Manager of the units, helping in decision support
• Ensuring the forecast numbers are achieved and in case of any risk, the same is highlighted to Senior Management
• Preparing various adhoc reports / workings which helps Local/Regional and Global Business Heads to take an informed decision
• Preparation of yearly plan in consultation with Business / Global team
• Ensuring timely reporting of monthly results & analysis to Global team, working with Area managers & helping with reporting
• Month end closing & reporting of variance
