This 10-month fixed-term contract focuses on maternity cover.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in FMCG financial analysis and commercial finance leadership.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools (Power BI) desired; SAP preferred.
• Experience FP&A, COGS, month-end close and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze investments, pricing and profitability across brands.

As the Finance Manager, you will be the financial powerhouse behind the region's growth, delivering sharp commercial insights, data-driven recommendations, and strategic oversight across all business and financial activities. You will dive deep into investments, challenge assumptions, and leverage analytics to validate opportunities, ensure commercial commitments are met, and drive maximum value from every dollar invested. Partnering closely with the business, you'll turn data into action, influence key decisions, and help fuel sustainable growth across the region.

The Impact You'll Make

Please note: This opportunity is offered on a 10-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave coverage. We are looking for someone who can step in quickly, make an immediate impact, and partner with the business to drive results during this period.

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) on actual variance analysis, forecast and planning and profitability analysis of our different brands and business models. Oversee general management of cost of goods sold, ensure accuracy of financial statement.


• Understanding system and company investment in market, make sufficient analysis and recommendation on driving continuous productivity and to support growth through pricing, financial modeling and analytics, customer profitability, business expansion strategies and building business cases.


• Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization. Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast. Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit. Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.


• Establish and improve local operation process to ensure right control and management of our business operation. Work with different internal and external functions to manage the overall operational and financial risk in the developing market.


• In charge of local billing process with customers and governance.

Who You Are

• Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Accounting, Finance or related field of study.


• Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in end to end fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) financial analysis and commercial finance leader role.


• Additional Experience Desired: of experience in Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user of Microsoft office (Excel and Power Point), Power Business Intelligence (BI) or other BI tools preferred , SAP experience preferred.
