Newen Systems Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a seasoned credit & treasury professional to assess credit positions, monitor working capital, and support financing decisions. You will analyse sanction letters, credit covenants and bank limits across multiple banks.

With 3–6 years in corporate finance or credit appraisal, you will prepare cash flow forecasts, coordinate with rating agencies, evaluate customer credit, and compile CMA data for lender packs.

Competenze

• CA/CMA/MBA from premier college with 3–6 years in corporate finance or credit appraisal.
• Advanced Excel, financial modelling, ratio analysis and cash flow forecasting skills.
• Exposure to CMA, rating agencies or bank credit teams preferred.

Role objective
To assess the company's credit position, monitor working capital and debt obligations, analyse customer and vendor creditworthiness, and support the CFO in lender management, credit ratings and financing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Banking and credit analysis: Analyse sanction letters, covenants, drawing power, fund-based and non-fund-based limits, BGs, LCs and utilisation across multiple banks.
• Working capital monitoring: Track receivable ageing, inventory, creditor days, cash conversion cycle, borrowing requirements and projected liquidity.
• Covenant compliance: Maintain a centralised tracker of financial and non-financial covenants, conditions precedent and subsequent, submission deadlines and compliance evidence.
• Financial modelling: Prepare cash flow forecasts, debt servicing projections, sensitivity analysis and working capital requirement assessments.
• Credit rating management: Coordinate with CRISIL and other rating agencies, prepare rating submissions, analyse rating rationales and monitor improvement areas.
• Customer credit assessment: Evaluate customer financials, payment history, credit exposure and counterparty risks before recommending credit limits.
• Bank MIS and reporting: Prepare monthly bank utilisation reports, stock and book-debt statements, CMA data and lender information packs.
• Treasury support: Monitor interest costs, borrowing mix, margin requirements, BG/LC exposure and opportunities to optimise financing costs.

What’s needed

• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, financial modelling, ratio analysis and cash flow forecasting
• Banking exposure: Working capital limits, CMA, stock statements, BG/LC and covenant monitoring
• Preferred experience: Corporate finance, credit appraisal, rating agency coordination or bank credit teams
