Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Credit Manager for the SME portfolio. You will prepare credit appraisal notes, analyze financials to assess solvency, liquidity and repayment capacity, and present proposals to sanctioning forums for approval.

You will interact with approving authorities, ensure timely renewal and portfolio enhancement, and align decisions with business requirements while upholding policy standards. Team lead responsibilities included.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or MBA with finance background.
• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.
• Solid understanding of working capital products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare credit appraisal notes for SME.
• Perform financial analysis to assess solvency, liquidity and repayment capacity.
• Present proposals to sanctioning forums and obtain approval.
• Interface with approving authorities with required information.
• Manage and renew accounts and enhance portfolio.
• Ensure decisions align with policies and business needs.
• Lead a team of 3–4 people.
• Obtain information for CRANs and risk assessments.
• Monitor accounts per sanctioning terms.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly monitoring reports.
• Escalate non-compliances with action plans.
• Submit inspection reports after unit visits.
• Address escalations related to risk assessments.

Job Role:

PreparationofCreditAppraisal notes forSME.

• Ticket Size Handled would be up to 1 to 100 CR.
• Creditappraisal including financial analysis to understand the solvency, liquidity position and repayment capacity of the entity, preparation of appraisal notes,creditchecks etc.
• As per Approval Authorizations, presenting the proposal to various sanctioning forums and get it sanctioned from approving authority satisfying all their queries.
• To interact with approving authority and provide them with required information for better decision making and engaging in regular discussions to give them an independent view of thecredit/ economic developments.
• Manage and ensure timely renewal of accounts and enhancement of portfolio
• To align decision making with business requirements without compromising on quality of decision making or compromising on laid down policies by engaging in regular discussions with the businessteams.
• TeamHandling3 – 4 people
• Discuss with business on Terms and Conditions for risk assessments
• Discuss with customers for obtention of information for preparation of CRANs.
• Monitor the accounts based on the terms stipulated by Sanctioning Authority.
• Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Monitoring Reports for the portfolio.
• Escalate with action plan for non compliances.
• Visit the units and submit inspection reports.
• Manage and address any escalations related to risk assessments
