Job summary

Resollect Technologies Pvt Ltd in Mumbai, India is seeking a Finance Manager for a full-time, on-site role. You will work directly with the Founder, gaining exposure to fundraising, client negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term business planning in a fast-growing environment.

This position is not an audit or reporting role and has no fixed scope. You will own initiatives early and operate across multiple domains, with rapid career progression for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Cleared all CA levels (Foundation, Inter, Final) on first attempt.
• Articleship at a Big 4 or top-tier firm.
• Exposure to transactions, valuations, restructuring, credit, or BFSI is a plus.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting scope.
• Strong writing skills.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• You will work directly with the Founder and have no fixed vertical; role will span across multiple initiatives.
• Over 18 months you will contribute to fundraising materials, investor communications, and pricing strategies.
• You will handle client negotiations, unit economics, and explore new product lines.
• You will participate in long-term ARC/NBFC strategy and key decision-making meetings.
• This is not an audit or a traditional reporting role; scope will evolve as needed.

The role:

You will work directly with the Founder. There is no fixed vertical.

Over 18 months, you will work across:

• Fundraising and investor materials
• Client commercials and contract negotiation
• Unit economics and pricing
• New product lines
• Long-term ARC/NBFC strategy
• Whatever is most broken that quarter

You will own things far earlier than you would anywhere else, and be in rooms most people reach at 30.

This is not an audit or reporting role.

If you want a defined scope, this is the wrong role.
