Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services invites applications for Manager-Finance & Compliances to oversee daily financial operations and statutory compliances for a manufacturing setup in Jigani, Karnataka.

Ideal candidates should be CA Inter/CA or CS Inter/completed with 8–16 years of manufacturing experience, plus ERP NAV proficiency and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• CA Inter/CA completed or CS Inter/completed with minimum years of experience in manufacturing.
• ERP NAV knowledge is preferred.
• Good communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day financial and banking operations of the company.
• Oversee receivables and payables and finalize monthly and yearly accounts.
• Prepare cash flow, MIS reports, CMA and annual reports with schedules.
• Maintain company secretarial records and statutory compliances.
• Coordinate audits with internal, statutory, bank, and government authorities.
• Ensure completion of internal/statutory/bank stock audits and support team.

Job Description for Manager-Finance & Compliances Position :

1. Monitor day-to-day financial/banking operations of the company.
2. Monitor and Periodical Review of Receivables & Payables position of the Company
3. Finalization of Monthly & Yearly Accounts
4. Responsible for Preparation of Cash Flow & MIS Reports, CMA
5. Preparation of Annual Reports & its Schedules
6. Responsible for Maintenance of Company Secretarial Records and its Compliances
7. Responsible for Completion of Internal/Statutory/Bank Stock Audits
8. Co-ordination with Auditors & Govt Authorities for completion of Audits & Assessments
9. Responsible for all statutory compliances of the company.
10. Responsible for Employees IT Computation
11. Guiding the Team and resolving their queries.

Educational Qualification:

1. Only CA Inter/CA completed , CS Inter or CS completed (if available) with minimum of 8 -16 years of exp. in manufacturing Industry.

2. ERP Working/Analysis Knowledge, preferably Microsoft NAV.
