Magnus India Consulting Services invites an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance operations across Manufacturing/Plant Finance in India. The role focuses on month-end close, budgeting and cost control in a dynamic production environment.

You will drive ERP-based financial processes, ensure statutory compliance and collaborate with plant leadership to optimise cash flow, working capital and profitability. Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 6–8 years of progressive finance experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting, taxation and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics or similar ERP.
• Strong Excel and Power BI/data analytics skills.
