Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the organization.
• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure effective cash flow management and working capital optimisation.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
• Own and monitor the company's Profit & Loss (P&L).
• Analyse revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Conduct financial modelling and business forecasting.
• Monitor key financial KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare variance analysis comparing actuals against budgets and forecasts.
• Support strategic business planning and investment decisions.

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and financial reporting requirements.
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, VAT, etc., as applicable).
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead internal and external audit processes.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
• Establish financial controls and standard operating procedures.
