Base Pay Range: ₹18–20 LPA, Bengaluru, 5–10 years experience, CA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and financial reviews
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams
• Develop team skills and improve departmental efficiency
• Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making
• Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency

Requirements
