Finance Manager – ₹18‑20 LPA, Bengaluru

Base Pay Range: ₹18–20 LPA, Bengaluru, 5–10 years experience, CA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and financial reviews
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams
• Develop team skills and improve departmental efficiency
• Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making
• Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency
• Oversee investments, banking relationships, and funding arrangements

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations in Section 8 organisations and FCRA‑compliant entities
• Proven track record in managerial or controller roles, including 2+ years of leading teams of 5 or more
• Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, or similar platforms, along with advanced Excel skills
