Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO to analyse financials, prepare strategies and ensure financial health of the company.
• Evaluate commercial terms with vendors, partners, and marketplaces.
• Ensure timely and accurate MIS reports for leadership and investors.
• Prepare ROI analysis, monitor KPIs on promotional strategies and new launch initiatives.
• Drive financial modelling to support strategic decisions and identify new investment and expansion avenues.
• Participate and assist in fundraising.
• Manage working capital, inventory financing, and payment cycles.
• Negotiate credit terms with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Monitor landed costs, procurement efficiency, and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Oversee taxation, compliance and audit.

Candidate Profile

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• 3 years of post‑qualification experience across Business Finance & strategy, preferably in E‑Commerce, D2C, Retail, or ConsumerTech.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
• Experience in managing audits and working with external auditors.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and budgeting tools.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communicator with experience in stakeholder management, investor communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
