• Explain finance-related products, processes, and requirements clearly.
• Collect and maintain relevant student information and documents.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams for processing.
• Follow up on pending documents, applications, and queries.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and requirements.
• Identify finance opportunities and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements
