Acceldata is inviting an Intern - Accountant / Management Accountant to Bangalore for day-to-day accounting, TDS & GST compliance, and MIS reporting. The role offers hands-on experience in month-end closing, cost analyses, and finance process automation using Excel.

Work-from-office, full-time internship within a corporate setting. The candidate should be CA semi-qualified, with an articleship from a CA firm, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• CA Semi-Qualified with IPCC/Intermediate cleared and pursuing CA Final.
• Articleship completed from CA firm with 3+ partners.
• Strong MS Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and formulas.
• Good knowledge of TDS and GST compliance.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books or NetSuite preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
• Support TDS computation, deduction, deposit, and quarterly return filing.
• Assist with GST compliance, including ITC reconciliation and GSTR-1/3B workings.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
• Support month-end activities such as accruals, prepaid schedules, and reconciliations.
• Prepare Excel-based trackers, schedules, and variance analysis.
• Assist with vendor invoice processing and payment-related activities.
• Support statutory and internal audit requirements.
• Assist with ad hoc finance projects such as cost analysis and budget tracking.

Role Overview

Qualifications

• CA Semi-Qualified - cleared IPCC/Intermediate and pursuing CA Final.
• Completed articleship from a CA firm with 3+ partners.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel - Pivot Tables, Lookups, and formulas.
• Good understanding of TDS and GST.
• Exposure to accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, NetSuite, or similar is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to a SaaS, technology, or startup environment.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Google Workspace.
