Job summary

TuneCore, Inc. in Mumbai seeks a Finance Integration Project Manager to own the integration of new subsidiaries, ensuring deadlines and budget adherence from end-to-end deployment. You will coordinate with local and central management throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of experience, including 5 years in Big 4 audit plus finance transformation and project management. Strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience, including 5 full seasons within an audit firm (Big 4), complemented by finance transformation or finance integration PM experience.
• Solid foundation in financial audit, with mastery of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile).
• Strong influential leadership, diplomacy, excellent written and verbal communication, and high resilience in shifting environments.

Responsibilities

• Scope the project, define governance, and structure and lead project committees (Local Project Committees, Group Steering Committees).
• Build, monitor, and adjust the global integration master plan.
• Manage risks, anticipate slippages (deadline/cost), formalize corrective action plans. Provide regular progress reporting (dashboards) to central management.
• Validate key deployment milestones (veto power on scheduling).
• Assess the impact of change on local finance teams.
• Drive the communication strategy and user training plans.
• Ensure alignment, engagement, and mobilization of local stakeholders.
• Work in close synergy with the Core Model Expert to seamlessly embed technical and regulatory workstreams into the overall schedule.

Job description

Reporting to the Head of PMIF Department, the Finance Integration Project Manager is the guarantor of the operational success, deadlines, and budget of projects aiming to integrate new subsidiaries into the Group. You will orchestrate the deployment from A to Z, serving as the key point of contact for both local and central management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Scope the project, define governance, and structure and lead project committees (Local Project Committees, Group Steering Committees).
• Build, monitor, and adjust the global integration master plan.
• Manage risks, anticipate slippages (deadline/cost), formalize corrective action plans. Provide regular progress reporting (dashboards) to central management.
• Validate key deployment milestones (veto power on scheduling).
• Assess the impact of change on local finance teams.
• Drive the communication strategy and user training plans.
• Ensure alignment, engagement, and mobilization of local stakeholders.

C) Team Coordination

• Work in close synergy with the Core Model Expert to seamlessly embed technical and regulatory workstreams into the overall schedule.

Must Have

• Experience: 8 to 10 years of professional experience, including a mandatory requirement of 5 full seasons within an audit firm (Big 4), complemented by significant experience in finance transformation or finance integration project management (ideally within a consulting firm or an international corporate finance department).
• Technical Skills: Solid foundation in financial audit, combined with a proven mastery of project management methodologies (PMP, Prince2, Agile).
• Soft Skills: Strong influential leadership, diplomacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high resilience in shifting environments.
