We're a dynamic and fast-growing company, and we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance/HR/Office Management Intern to join our team in Vizag. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a startup environment, learning about finance, HR, and office operations within an innovative tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  1. Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
  2. Support the preparation of financial reports and spreadsheets.
  3. Help with monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
  4. Assist in preparing documentation for audits and tax filings.
  5. Contribute to basic financial analysis tasks.
  6. Assist with processing employee reimbursements.
  7. Support the purchasing process and maintain a proper record of purchased items.

Human Resources:

  1. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and documentation.
  2. Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  3. Help with recruitment efforts, such as posting job ads and screening resumes.
  4. Support the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
  5. Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  6. Provide administrative support to the management team.

Office Management:

  1. Ensure the smooth operation of the office by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  2. Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory.
  3. Assist in coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  5. Provide general administrative support to the team.
  6. Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
  7. Support in organizing business travels.
  8. Support in maintaining and organizing the internal document repository.

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in learning about finance, HR, and office operations within a startup environment.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  9. Proactive and willingness to learn.
