We're a dynamic and fast-growing company, and we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance/HR/Office Management Intern to join our team in Vizag. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a startup environment, learning about finance, HR, and office operations within an innovative tech company.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Help with monthly reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and tax filings.
- Contribute to basic financial analysis tasks.
- Assist with processing employee reimbursements.
- Support the purchasing process and maintain a proper record of purchased items.
Human Resources:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Help with recruitment efforts, such as posting job ads and screening resumes.
- Support the administration of payroll and benefits programs.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
Office Management:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory.
- Assist in coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Support in organizing business travels.
- Support in maintaining and organizing the internal document repository.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning about finance, HR, and office operations within a startup environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
