HR PLACEMENT CONSULTANTS (HRPC) invites applications for a Finance Head to lead the Finance & Accounts function in a fast-growing renewable energy organization in Mumbai. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, banking relations, and regulatory compliance.

The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years post-qualification experience and exposure to manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.

Qualifications

• CA with 2–3 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, EPC, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, or Industrial sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance & Accounts department
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Handle banking operations, project finance, working capital, and loan proposals
• Build strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and investors
• Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory compliance
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance, and risk management
• Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team
