Promptitude Accounting Services in Pune is seeking a General Ledger Executive to join our GL team. The role focuses on GL activities, month-end close, and ensuring policy compliance.

You will coordinate with global teams, handle intercompany reconciliations, and prepare trial balance and journal entries. Strong communication and SAP ERP familiarity are a plus in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in general ledger accounting and month-end close.
• Experience in intercompany reconciliations and resolving outstanding balances.
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
• Strong communication skills.
• ERP/SAP experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform General Ledger accounting activities and month-end close
• Handle Intercompany Reconciliations and resolve outstanding balances
• Prepare and reconcile Trial Balance (TB)
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies
• Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve accounting queries

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting
• Hands-on experience in Intercompany Reconciliations and Trial Balance Reconciliations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ERP/SAP experience is an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
