Job summary

The role requires 1+ year of experience, proficiency in Tally and MS Office, and strong reconciliation skills to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience.
• MBA / B.Com graduate, CA/CMA Inter.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software – Tally and MS Office.
• Proficient with bank account reconciliation, corporate banking structure activities, and banking portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions including reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable and timely bank payments.
• Process payroll and expenses reimbursement.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle Income Tax, GST, and other tax-related activities related to compensation payouts, vendor payments, and other payments.
• Coordinate for statutory and internal audits.
• Support preparation of budget forecasts—expenses.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

Job Description

• Knowledge of accounting transactions and manage all accounting transactions, including reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable activities and timely bank payments.
  
• Process Pay role and expenses reimbursement.
  
• Work on compliance with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements
  
• Handle Income Tax, GST, and other tax-related activities about compensation payout, vendor payments, and other payments.
  
• Co-ordinate for Statutory and Internal Audits.
  
• Support preparation of budget Forecasts-Expenses.
