Job summary

ACCTPRO in Bengaluru is seeking a Finance Executive to support end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, payroll and MIS activities.

The role demands strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on finance operations experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring regulatory compliance. Proficiency with Tally and Zoho is preferred to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.
• Experience with GST, TDS, and other statutory provisions.
• Hands-on with accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accuracy.
• Knowledge of payroll and MIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Loans, and Interest Calculations.
• Maintain fully reconciled AP, AR, loan accounts, and prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Prepare and file GST, TDS, Softex, and other statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with PF, PT, and other payroll-related regulations.
• Execute month-end book closure activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare audit schedules, tax audit schedules, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and working capital reports.
• Maintain and update the Chart of Accounts in line with accounting requirements.
• Ensure all payments are properly authorized and comply with company policies.
• Manage contract renewals and terminations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support the Finance Manager in financial reporting and analytical activities.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, payroll, and MIS activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with finance operations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books/Zoho Finance, and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with BI/Reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Eligibility

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance.
• Articleship experience will be an added advantage.
