Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Gurgaon seeks a Chartered Accountant with 8–12+ years of experience to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. You will build financial models, track unit economics, CAC/LTV, and profitability, and prepare dashboards for management and board-level reporting.

Responsibilities include monthly/annual close, IND-AS compliance, taxation, audits, treasury management, and strategic finance for fundraising and new product initiatives.

Qualifications

• CA with 8–12+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial strategy.
• Experience in fintech, NBFC, lending, or payments industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of FP&A, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance.
• Experience working with auditors, investors, and banking partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.

• Treasury & Cash Management: manage cash flows, liquidity planning, and working capital; oversee banking relationships, payouts, collections, and financial transactions; manage escrow structures where applicable.
• Revenue & Financial Performance: track revenue streams, pricing models, and margin optimization; analyze partner economics, interchange fees, and product-level profitability; partner with business and product teams to improve financial performance.
• Strategic Finance: support fundraising, investor reporting, and financial due diligence; work with leadership on strategic planning, partnerships, and new product initiatives.
