Skills required:

  1. Reconciliation, handling taxes applicable & audits.
  2. Control and account for the revenue and expenses required in the normal operations.
  3. Having leadership skill with stakeholder management.
  4. Complete knowledge of legal compliances, company law, and other statutory requirements.
  5. Financial Risk Management.
  6. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams.

Job Roles:

  1. To manage and provide leadership to the Accounts team ensuring it produces timely, accurate, and useful financial information and provides support to Functional Heads and Top Management.
  2. Control and account for the revenue and expenses required in the normal operations.
  3. Ensures all accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis, reviews, and approves those reconciliations.
  4. Assisting the tax team in various activities such as timely submission of various returns, completion of tax audits, tax provisioning, timely payment of advance tax, Professional Tax, etc.
  5. Reviews Internal Audit reports and progress through unit visits to ensure maximum internal controls are in place.
  6. Coordinate with the Company Secretary on preparation of Agendas and Minutes and conducting of the Board Meetings, Committee meetings, General Meetings of the Company. Compliances with various acts and regulations under the Listing agreement and SEBI Act, Rules, and Regulations.
