Manpower India is seeking an experienced Microsoft D365 F&O professional to support Finance and Accounting within an international team. The role focuses on D365 F&O finance processes, O2C, and seamless integration across a complex landscape.

The candidate should bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O, strong communication skills, and fluency in English to collaborate with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting D365 F&O with a strong focus on Finance modules and O2C.
• Strong understanding of financial processes including accounting, payments, procurement and related workflows.
• Experience with complex architecture and integration landscapes, including workflows and interfaces such as Kyriba.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with an international team.
