Job summary

Circles, a global technology company reimagining the telco industry, is seeking a Financial Analyst (B2B Platform) to join the FP&A team in Bengaluru or Philippines. You will drive reporting excellence, ensure financial discipline through variance analysis, and help build scalable FP&A processes across our non-tech business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, preferably in Telco, or services industries.
• Demonstrate strong skills in management reporting, variance analysis, and financial storytelling.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, executive-level insights.
• Possess expert financial modeling skills (Excel/GSheets), strong dashboard and presentation design skills (PowerPoint/Google Slides/Power BI), and hands-on experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Datarails, Anaplan, Workday) and ERP (Oracle or equivalent)
• Hands-on, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments

Responsibilities

• Month-End Closing Support: Assist in month-end activities including reviewing accruals and preparing monthly reports for the MNO partner.
• Management & Investor Reporting: Own and deliver high-quality monthly management reporting packs (P&L with metrics, MBR etc.), dashboards supports scenario planning and operational optimization specific to non-tech business units
• Variance Analysis: Deliver accurate and timely detailed monthly variance analysis with actionable commentary on topline, margins, and operating performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams - to analyze trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Partner with the Manager to deliver annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning inputs while maintaining robust and dynamic financial models specific for non-tech business units
• Investment & Initiative Support: Assist with the creation and tracking of strategic investment cases and high-impact growth initiatives
• Analytics Excellence: Collaborate with the Manager to elevate financial storytelling and insights, enabling faster and smarter decision-making.
• Automation: Act as one of the power users of FP&A systems to streamline reporting workflows and partner with the Systems Analyst to improve automation and accuracy
• Collaboration & Development: Work closely with FP&A colleagues, Controllership, and business leads to gather qualitative context and align BU priorities with group objectives

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Analyst to join our FP&A team, reporting to the Manager, Finance Business Partner (covering our B2B Platform Business Unit). You will (a) drive reporting excellence by delivering high-quality management reporting, (b) ensure financial discipline through variance analysis and executive-ready insights that drive decision-making across our Consumer Telco, Travel Tech, and Services businesses, and (c) be a key contributor in building and optimizing FP&A systems.

This is a hands-on role with visibility across the CFO office (FP&A, Finance Business Partners, Controllership, Corp Dev) and multiple business units, and is well-suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
