Program Overview:

The Finance Ascend Program is a two-year rotational development experience designed to build a strong pipeline of future Finance and Global Business Services (GBS) leaders. The program combines structured learning, hands‑on experience, and strategic exposure to enable participants to become effective business partners and drive impactful decision‑making. Participants will complete multiple rotations across Finance disciplines within their relevant Region or Operating Unit, gaining broad exposure to the organization while developing critical technical and leadership capabilities.

Program Structure:

• Duration: 24 months
• Rotations: 3 rotations (approximately 9 months each) across different Finance disciplines
• Rotation focus: Tailored to business needs and participant development goals; may vary by region and individual
• Cohort model: Typically, 1–2 participants per region, per cohort forming each Ascend global cohort

Development Experience:

Participants will benefit from a comprehensive development framework, including:

• Hands‑on rotational assignments in key Finance disciplines (e.g., FP&A, Controllership, Operations Finance, etc.)
• Formal learning opportunities, including:

• Annual in‑person training sessions
• Ongoing virtual and e‑learning modules

• Mentorship and career support, including:
• Structured mentorship relationships
• Regular check‑ins with HR

Exposure to senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully complete multiple rotational assignments across Finance
• Deliver meaningful contributions and project outcomes in each rotation

Candidate Profile & Basic Qualifications:

Qualified CA with 6months to 1year experience. Strong academic performance and foundational financial knowledge
