Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in Kolkata seeks a Finance Analytics leader with 6+ years' experience in CA/MBA finance to oversee end-to-end analytics across P2P, O2C, R2R and FP&A.

You will drive AI-enabled finance solutions, dashboards, and governance while leading a 10-12 person team and partnering with GTM to unlock revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• CA or MBA (Finance) with 6+ years of experience in finance analytics.
• Experience in end-to-end finance analytics, transformation and client management.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.

Role Summary

Strategic leadership role responsible for end-to-end finance analytics, transformation, client management, AI-led innovation and people leadership across P2P, O2C, R2R and FP&A.

Functional Expertise

• P2P: End-to-end Accounts Payable, vendor management, invoice processing, payment cycles, controls, reconciliations and payable analytics.
• O2C: Order management, billing, collections, cash application, credit management and receivable analytics.
• R2R: General ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting and financial controls.
• FP&A: Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, business insights and financial modelling.
