CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Accounting Team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on accounts receivable, accounts payable, and lease administration with support across local and US teams to deliver consistent service.

The ideal candidate will have accounting/finance education, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools. AR/Lease Admin experience is a plus; fluent English is essential for communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Degree from a four-year college with emphasis in accounting/finance; Real Estate experience a plus.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable/Lease Administration preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to reconcile accounts and identify trends.
• Ability to meet SLAs and manage competing priorities with accuracy.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, TEAMS).

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming AR and Lease Administration requests per SLA.
• Review accounts receivable entries for timeliness and accuracy.
• Maintain lease and property documentation.
• Review AR transactions: cash receipts, tenant billing, rent entries.
• Coordinate AR aging and cash applications.
• Prepare AR analyses and reports for management.
• Respond to lease admin queries via email; collaborate with teams.

Job Title – Finance Analyst

About the Role:

The candidate will join the Accounting Team and play an integral role in performing transactional activities related to accounts receivable, accounts payable and lease administration activities. The candidate will report to Supervisor (AR) and cooperate closely with local accounting team as well as US accounting team to deliver consistent and quality service to clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and deliver on all incoming AR and Lease Administration requests as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Provide timely and accurate review of accounts receivable entries
• Management of all lease and key property documentation
• Complete the review of variety of accounts receivable transactions, cash receipts, tenant billing, tenant lease entries, monthly rent billing
• Complete review of Accounts Receivable Aging and coordinate cash applications
• Analyse and provide AR reports to accounting and management
• Daily support in lease admin queries and responding to requestors via e-mail
• Cooperation with team members and other departments-based Captive and US BSO team
• Adherence to internal and external audit and process control requirements

What You'll Need

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is a must
• Degree from a four-year college or university program with an emphasis in accounting, finance or related field required. Real Estate experience a strong plus.
• Professional experience in Accounts Receivable/ Lease Administration is preferred but not a must
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, reconcile accounts, identify trends, and recommend effective solutions.
• Ability to work independently to meet SLAs, manage competing priorities, maintain accuracy, and proactively elevate issues when needed.
• Strong commitment to quality, orientation to details
• Ability to complete and clearly present AR analyses, account status, identified issues, and recommended next steps to team members, cross-functional partners, and management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly, manage expectations, and resolve inquiries professionally and promptly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Capability to adapt to quickly changing and demanding environment
• Should have good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, TEAMS)
• Prior customer service or client-facing experience is preferred.
• Interested in Commercial Real Estate
• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support productivity, analysis, or process improvement is preferred
