Job summary

Talworx Solutions in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India is seeking a senior finance professional to manage accruals, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role requires strong P&L understanding, expense management, and coordination with Accounts Payable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, commerce, business administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accruals, finance management, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of P&L statements, expense categories, financial controls, and month-end activities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to create professional PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience in invoice management and coordination with Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experience creating purchase orders in Ariba is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
