Amazon in Hyderabad, India is seeking a FinOps Analyst to join the Global Accounts Payable team. You will own relationships with top vendors, drive resolution of invoice rejections and ensure smooth business processes.

Ideal candidates will combine strong communication, analytical skills and a penchant for process improvement. You will dive into details, own issues, and coordinate cross-functional solutions in a fast-paced finance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
• Advanced MS Excel (macros, pivots, lookups).
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• 1+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience with Oracle AP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle retail invoice rejection processes and contact vendors for resolution.
• Validate and deep-dive on pending rejection invoices and coordinate resubmission with vendors.
• Handing queries related to vendor cases and maintain clear communication.
• Identify root causes for problems and perform deep dives.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of AP systems (Oracle).
• Communicate precisely and concisely; manage multiple priorities.

This is an exciting role in Finance Operations team in hyderabad, India

Key Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for handling Retail invoice rejection process and contacting vendors for resolution

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Should check the invoice rejections, work with Vendors and resolve the defects as per the process SOP
• Validate and Perform dive deep on all pending rejection invoices and work with vendors for resubmission and resolution
• Handing queries related to vendor cases
• Identifying root causes for problems and ability to Deep Dive
• In-depth understanding of AP systems (Oracle)
• Ability to communicate precisely and concisely
• Strong analytical skills
• Can successfully manage multiple competing priorities

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

1+ years of professional work experience
