Job summary

Amazon is seeking a FinOps Analyst to own and manage direct relationships with TOP vendors to ensure a smooth flow of accounts payable processes. The role focuses on rejection resolutions, root-cause analysis, and effective communication to deliver an excellent vendor experience.

Hyderabad-based, with exposure to Oracle AP systems. The position requires a B.Com or related degree, advanced Excel skills, and 1+ year of experience in finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle retail invoice rejection process and contact vendors for resolution.
• Check invoice rejections and resolve defects per SOP.
• Validate and dive deep on pending rejection invoices with vendors for resubmission and resolution.
• Address vendor queries and identify root causes of problems.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and manage multiple priorities.
• Have understanding of AP systems (Oracle).

Amazon is looking for driven FinOps Analyst to become major contributors to the fast paced world of Global Accounts Payable. This is an exciting role in Finance Operations team in hyderabad, India

Key job responsibilities

• Handling Retail invoice rejection process and contacting vendors for resolution
• Should check the invoice rejections, work with Vendors and resolve the defects as per the process SOP
• Validate and Perform dive deep on all pending rejection invoices and work with vendors for resubmission and resolution
• Handing queries related to vendor cases
• Identifying root causes for problems and ability to Deep Dive
• In-depth understanding of AP systems (Oracle)
• Ability to communicate precisely and concisely
• Strong analytical skills
• Can successfully manage multiple competing priorities

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• 1+ years of professional work experience
