Job summary

Baker Hughes Company in India seeks a Field Specialist III – UC (Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals) to coordinate field activities, ensure contract adherence and deliver safe, on-time project execution.

You will meet with clients, supervise chemical injections at well pads, and prepare technical reports while providing troubleshooting plans and ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in oil & gas production chemicals.
• Proven ability to deal with senior customer management.
• Experience working in a team-focused environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor job activities across organizational boundaries.
• Meet with clients for job preparation, execution and close out.
• Ensure invoices align with contract/quote and minimize revenue leakage.
• Manage multiple customer projects to successful completion.
• Attend field trials when required.
• Provide delivery plan and technical reports to customers.

Field Specialist

Are you a Field Specialist looking for a new opportunity? Do you like working in collaborative teams and solving critical issues? Partner with the best Field Specialist III - Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals (OIC) will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You’ll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You’ll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars.
• the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
• Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in the management of job cycle across organizational boundaries.
• Meeting with clients for job preparation, execution and close out.
• Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage.
• Demonstrating the ability to manage and execute multiple customer projects to successful completion
• Attending field trials when required.
• Provide delivery plan and technical reports to customer
• Provide troubleshooting plan to customer for technical issues
• Supervising chemical injections at well pads and terminal
• Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.
