Role & Responsibilities Field Sales Executive (Intern)
- Lead Generation & Onboarding: Identify potential buyers and sellers in the construction material sector and onboard them onto the Conkart platform.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
- Market Research: Gather data on competitors, market trends, and customer preferences to support sales strategies.
- Sales Conversion: Present Conkarts offerings to potential clients, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Brand Promotion: Represent Conkart at site visits, local business hubs, and industry networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and market insights, and share updates with the team regularly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Education: Students pursuing graduation or post-graduation (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields). Open to all disciplines with a passion for sales.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service.
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
- Personal Traits:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Willingness to travel locally within Surat and surrounding areas.
- Eagerness to learn about the construction industry and B2B sales.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).
- Other Requirements: Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be an advantage
