Job summary

Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) is seeking a Field Sales Executive to visit homes, apartments, and housing societies in Lucknow to introduce and sell broadband services. You will identify potential residential and commercial customers and clearly explain internet speeds, Wi‑Fi packages, and TV/OTT offers.

You will collect required ID/address proofs (KYC), assist customers with signup, and work to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 1 year of field sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to visit homes and commercial spaces for upselling.
• KYC collection and basic documentation experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Directly visit homes, apartments, and housing societies to introduce and sell broadband services.
• Identify new residential and commercial customer opportunities.
• Explain speeds, Wi-Fi, and TV/OTT offers clearly to customers.
• Collect ID/address proofs and help customers complete signup.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Direct Sales & Visits: Visit homes, apartments, and housing societies in your area to introduce and sell our broadband services.
• Finding New Customers: Find potential residential areas, buildings, and commercial spaces where people need internet connections.
• Explaining Offers & Plans: Clearly explain internet speeds, Wi‑Fi packages, and TV/OTT movie offers to interested customers.
• Collecting Documents & Signup: Collect required ID/address proofs (KYC), fill out customer forms, and help new users get connected smoothly.
• Hitting Sales Goals: Reach and try to cross your assigned weekly and monthly sales targets
