Job summary

NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, is a leader in expanding financial access. We seek a Program Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of contractual PM services, ensuring compliance with defined processes, systems, and SLAs while coordinating with Field Service Coordinators, Territory Managers, and Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth operations.

You will maintain records, publish a consolidated PM tracker with performance insights, drive corrective actions to improve PM closure

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of contractual PM services in the Philippines.
• Ensure compliance with defined processes, systems, and contractual SLAs. Avoid Penalties & Revenue Leakage
• Coordinate with Field Service Coordinators (FSC), Territory Managers (TM), and Customer Success Managers (CSM) to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure accurate and updated records to support effective PM planning and execution.
• Maintain and publish a consolidated PM tracker with performance insights.
• Identify challenges, drive corrective actions, and implement improvement plans to enhance PM closure rates
• Manage EER documentation by extracting completed PM data, validating accuracy, and accurate customer billing processes
• Consistently drive execution to meet timelines and delivery targets.
• Represent NCR in a professional manner that enhances brand reputation and customer trust.
